Title |
Systematic elucidation of matrix effects in liquid chromatography hyphenated to mass spectrometry |
Summary | Signal suppression occurs more frequently and more severely than signal enhancement. Injection volume and gradient runtime affect the degree of matrix effects. Stationary phase and pH influence the retention. The organic solvent can be used to control both degree and distribution of matrix within the chromatogram. |
Category | 2. Symbiosis Application Notes These are application notes that have been made in our application lab. They were based on customer demo's and customer method development requests. They include sorbent screening, a calibration curve and are optimized for carry over. They are not always (completely) validated |
